FanRate's User Agreement

Welcome to FanRate (the "App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and GROUPOO PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Football Fan, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Eligibility (17+)

You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using FanRate, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old. If you are between 17 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App under Singapore law. We reserve the right to terminate any account if we have reason to believe the user is under the age of 17.

3. About Football Fan

FanRate is a comprehensive football data and social interaction platform that provides:

• Match Information: Real-time match data, scores, events (goals, cards, substitutions), lineups, and statistics.
• Team & Player Data: Detailed information about football teams, players, coaches, including statistics, transfers, and trophies.
• League Information: Coverage of various football leagues and competitions worldwide.
• Match Predictions: A prediction system where users can forecast match outcomes (home win, draw, away win).
• Player Ratings: User-driven player performance ratings for matches.
• Social Features: Follow system for leagues, teams, players, and other users.
• Community Content: Create and share player memes, comments, and reactions.

Important: FanRate is designed for entertainment and informational purposes only. Match predictions are for fun and do not involve real money gambling.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the App in any way that breaches the Computer Misuse Act 1993 of Singapore.
• Uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or violates the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act.
• Sharing content that contains personal information of others without their consent.
• Using the App to harm, threaten, or harass other users or football personalities.
• Posting false or misleading information about matches, players, or teams.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the App's source code or infrastructure.
• Using automated systems or bots to access the App or manipulate predictions/ratings.
• Using the App for any form of illegal gambling or betting activities.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Football Fan, including memes, comments, and reactions ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App.

When creating content:

• Ensure your content respects the rights and dignity of players, teams, and other users.
• Do not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Avoid posting offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content.

6. Community Interactions

FanRate allows users to interact through various social features. When interacting with others:

• Be respectful and sportsmanlike in discussions about matches and teams.
• Do not engage in harassment, bullying, or negative behavior toward other fans.
• Respect different team allegiances and opinions.
• Report any inappropriate content or behavior to our support team.

7. Predictions and Ratings

The prediction and rating features are for entertainment purposes only:

• Predictions do not involve real money and are not a form of gambling.
• Prediction statistics are tracked for fun and community engagement.
• Player ratings reflect user opinions and may differ from official ratings.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on prediction statistics.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. "FanRate" and our logos are trademarks of the Company. Football data, team logos, and player images are used under license or fair use for informational purposes.

9. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company disclaims all warranties. While we strive to provide accurate football data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of match information, statistics, or other data.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the App in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your use of the App.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore.

14. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act

A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of its terms.

15. Modifications

We may revise these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
