1. Age Requirement (17+)

Our App is not intended for individuals under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 17. If we become aware that a person under 17 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information immediately.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways:

Account Information: Email address, username, nickname, and profile picture you provide when registering.
User Statistics: Your prediction history, rating history, follower/following counts, and engagement metrics.
Follow Data: Your followed leagues, teams, players, and other users.
Favorite Preferences: Your favorite team and national team selections.
Prediction Data: Your match predictions (home win, draw, away win) and prediction accuracy statistics.
Rating Data: Player ratings you submit for matches.
User-Generated Content: Memes, comments, and reactions you create and share.

Operate, maintain, and improve the App features.
Personalize your football experience based on your followed teams and preferences.

Calculate and display aggregated player ratings from user submissions.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Other Users: Your public profile, prediction statistics, ratings, memes, and comments may be visible to other users.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with cloud hosting, analytics, or customer support.
Football Data Providers: We may share anonymized, aggregated data with data partners for statistical purposes.
Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company or others.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. Upon account deletion:

Your personal profile information will be removed.
Your prediction and rating history will be anonymized or deleted.
Your user-generated content (memes, comments) may be retained in anonymized form.

7. Your Rights (Access and Correction)

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
Request the correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data.
Withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at any time.
Request deletion of your personal data.
Export your prediction and rating history.

8. International Transfers

As we may use global cloud providers, your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Singapore. We ensure that such transfers comply with PDPA requirements for overseas data protection.
